About the villa

This stylish luxury villa is perfect for group travel.
It can easily accommodate 18-22 people. The property consists of a main accommodation with 6 bedrooms and a second living space with 2 bedrooms in the same property.
The price is based on 12 people. If you are with more people, we are happy to make a special price for you and you also have access to the second living space.

The space

Very spacious villa with 6 bedrooms, very spacious conservatory of 70m2, a very spacious living room and a terrace, on a private property of 6000m2, including a second house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort to be able to enjoy a fantastic time on the Costa Blanca.
Also perfect for getting married.

Other things to note

The pool and garden are cleaned twice a week by a professional company.
It may be that parts of the garden or pool are not available at and around the time of cleaning, for example, because they work with chemicals or with noisy machines.

There is also a maximum of the use of electricity due to Spanish law.
If too many appliances are on at the same time and the maximum potential is exceeded, the electricity company can turn off the entire installation.
You will then need to manually turn it back on.
Therefore, turn off additional devices to come back below the allowed maximum.

The house pool and gardens were fantastic bbq area brilliant nice and peaceful Had problems finding the house but once daniel sent dropped pin found it straight away Host was brilliant let us check in early was there to run through everything and if we had a problem got back to me straight away only real problem was we were all boomers and struggled with technology Only other thing was getting taxis car is essential Overall we will definitely be returning

Daniel has been an incredible host! We had our wedding weekend at his beautiful home. From the moment we enquired Daniel has been approachable, kind and helpful with every detail. The house is private, the gardens are incredible and everything is so well looked after. A beautiful house, very nice and cozy, in a quiet area. House amenities were a little sparse, no toilet paper, shampoo etc I never saw the electricity charge afterwards, and they told us on arrival, I guess I should have read it in the listing if it comes out. Everything else was fine.

Very good stay overall, unfortunately there was no hot tub as advertised but otherwise the accommodation is very well equipped and the host was very responsive.
